Plant Adventures

In science today students had the chance to make their own seed flyer out of paper and see how it would fly.  The choices were spinner, glider or rotocopter. Ask your child how it went!

Second Grade Scoop September 17-21st

Things are rolling now in 2nd grade! Please continue to review agendas and feel free to use them to communicate any routine changes or questions you have. This upcoming week will be Safety Week so students will be practicing what to do in various situations. Second Grade Scoop February 11-15

There are lots of things going on this coming week and this month! Here is a run down of some of the special and fun things happening: *Monday, February 11th: Stop by Culvers between 5:00-8:00pm. A portion of sales goes  back to  NDLC!! *February 11th is also the 100th day of school. Students can dress like they are 100 years  old!   *Thursday, February 14th: Our 2nd grade classes will be having a Valentines Friendship  Celebration. Refer to note previously sent home on February 1st. * Thursday February 21-22nd-No School for students *Funset Blvd Night is coming up on Thursday, February 21st starting at 4:00pm. Tickets are $5.  RSVP by Friday, February 15th . *Family Night is February 26th from 6:00-7:00pm. This is Art Night.
